Dashboard

Your trading performance at a glance — KPIs, charts, calendar, and review prompts.

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It's organized as a stack of widgets you can rearrange, each one answering a different question about your performance — at a glance, over a period, or broken down by symbol, time, or playbook.

Headline metrics

Four big numbers across the top of the page — your KPI snapshot.

Total Trades

47

Win Rate

63.8%

+4.2%vs last week

Total P&L

+$1,247.50

Profit Factor

2.14

You pick which 4 metrics show up. Click the gear icon labeled “Choose metrics” next to the Headline Metrics row to swap them. You can pick any 4 from these 10:

MetricWhat it shows
Total TradesHow many trades are in the period
Win Rate% of closed trades that were profitable
Total P&LSum of P&L across closed trades
Avg P&LAverage P&L per closed trade
Profit FactorGross profit ÷ gross loss. Above 1.0 = profitable system
ExpectancyAverage $ gained per trade over the long run
Avg WinnerAverage P&L of your winning trades
Avg LoserAverage P&L of your losing trades
Win StreakCurrent consecutive winning trades (with all-time best)
Loss StreakCurrent consecutive losing trades (with all-time worst)

When a period filter is active (Week, Month, or Last 30 Days), each metric shows a small trend indicator — the percentage change vs the prior period of the same length.

Period filter

Slice your stats by time.

The period chips at the top (All Time, This Week, This Month, Last 30 Days) filter every widget on the page. The default is All Time; switch periods to see how recent activity compares.

Customize the layout

Drag widgets to reorder. Hide ones you don't use.

Click Customize in the top-right of the Dashboard to enter edit mode. From there:

  • Drag any widget to reorder it
  • Use the eye icon to show or hide a widget
  • Click Reset to revert to defaults
  • Click Cancel to discard your changes and exit edit mode
  • Click Done to save

The layout persists per user, so your dashboard looks the same on any device you log in from.

Widgets

Each block on the dashboard is a widget. Here's what they do.

Today's Notes

A collapsed-by-default panel for free-text notes about today's trading session. Date-stamped, persists between sessions.

Stats Overview (headline metrics)

The 4 KPI cards described above. The “Choose metrics” gear lives here.

Performance Summary

A second row of 6 supplementary metrics: Profit Factor, Expectancy, Avg Winner, Avg Loser, Win Streak, Loss Streak. These are always visible regardless of which 4 you picked as headline.

Charts and Calendar

A tabbed widget with two views:

  • Calendar — a heatmap of daily P&L, with each day colored to show winning vs losing days at a glance. This is the default view when the widget loads.
  • Charts — equity curve and three collapsible breakdowns: Time Performance (P&L by time of day), Symbol Performance (P&L by instrument), and Direction Performance (long vs short)

Playbook Performance

A breakdown of P&L and win rate per playbook you've tagged trades with. See which strategies actually pay off.

Recent Trades

The 10 most recent trades — symbol, direction, status, and P&L at a glance. The “View All” button takes you to the full Journal where you can drill into individual trades.

Prop widgets (Overview / Health / Spend)

Three widgets for prop traders, hidden by default. Show your active account standings, drawdown buffers, and eval spend over time. Enable them via Customize if you trade on a prop firm.

Weekly and Monthly Reviews

Structured review prompts that surface in their own time windows:

  • Weekly Review opens Friday through Sunday (UTC)
  • Monthly Review opens in the last 3 days of each month

Outside those windows, the widget shows a small “opens on...” hint instead of the full review form.

Export your data

Download your trade history any time.

The Export button in the top-right of the Dashboard lets you download your full trade history. Useful for backups, taxes, or external analysis.

No closed trades yet?

Most widgets show placeholder copy until you've logged and closed at least one trade. The fastest way to get started is to build a workflow in Edge Builder, then log a trade in the Journal.
